The process of manufacturing of package comprises the following operations
Package designing
We can offer some options of design from the FEFCO catalogue or we will develop a unique box for Your product.
Plotter works,
making samples
We manufacture a pre-production sample that You could test the inner size of the package and try on an item to the box.
If required, we can make a prototype (signal sample)of the package from any materials applying digital printing, lamination, with finishing and assembly.
Development or finalization of the package design or other advertising product
Our designer can develop a print layout from scratch or adapt your available prototype to fit the size and construction of carton products.
The designer works only with vector graphics/ images therefore Your files should be in the following formats: .cdr, .ai, .eps, .pdf.

Printing, die-cut, relief
Offset printing / printing with UV inks
is widely spread in polygraphy. Offset print is appropriate only for paper production. It does not allow a pattern on fabric, corrugated cardboard, and other unusual materials.
post-printing processing and finishing of the product
- coating with offset varnish;
- coating with VD varnish;
- relief stamping;
- foil stamping;
- lamination;
- coating with UV screen varnish;
- coating with glitter UV varnish.
flexographic print up to 3 colours
Flexographic printing is applied onto the corrugated package during the process of its manufacture. This is the most popular/ common method of printing images on the package made of corrugated cardboard. Flexography reduces the cost price of the packaging as compared to screen printing.
lamination or laminating
Cardboard laminating technology comprises coupling the primary material together with paper by pressing or gluing.
